This event will introduce attendees to plant-based and other healthy food options, with cooking demonstrations, sampling, interactive learning experiences, ad a health and wellness area featuring yoga, Tai Chi, massage and holistic health practices.

Promotion throughout our Virginia Peninsula DMA – Poquoson, York County, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg. The YMCA, Riverside Health, Sentara and other wellness and healthcare providers will be exhibiting.

IES created a community event to raise funds for the Poquoson Museum, City of Poquoson Schools, Library, Fire and Police Departments. Celebrate our community and meet up with your neighbors at this inaugural event.
